I am David's son and the buyer specialist on this team. I have been licensed since 2021, and I was around this business long before that: I started out inspecting HUD and bank-owned properties for my dad, checking they were secure and that nothing had changed.

Before that he put my brother and me in charge of remodels on properties he bought to flip or to rent. He decided what work was needed and then left us to hire the crew and get it done properly, and he checked it in the evenings. Demo, paint and landscaping were ours; he brought in contractors for plumbing and electrical. It taught me more about houses than any course would have.

What I am useful for on your side of a purchase: working with the other agent to get your offer accepted over somebody else's, and knowing what a house is actually telling you when you walk through it.
