What is collected
What you give us. If you fill in a form on this site, you are giving us whatever that form asks for. Typically a name, an email address, a phone number, and whatever you tell us about the property or the move. Nothing on this site asks for a Social Security number, a bank detail or a payment method, and nobody from this office will ever ask for one by email.
What the site records automatically. Standard web server information, which includes the pages requested and rough technical details about the browser making the request.
Advertising tags. This site currently runs no advertising or analytics tags. If that changes, this page will name the vendor before the tag goes live.
The chat assistant. If you use the chat on this site, what you type is processed to produce a reply. Do not put anything into it that you would not put in an email.
Who receives it
Your information does not stay only on this website, and you should know the chain.
GoHighLevel is the customer relationship system this business runs on. A form submission goes there so it can be followed up.
Vercel hosts this website, which means the site's traffic passes through their infrastructure.
Anthropic processes chat conversations on this site in order to generate replies.
Real Geeks runs the home search on the listings page. The search loads from Real Geeks, and if you register, save a search or ask about a home there, what you enter goes to Real Geeks and on to this business so it can be followed up.
Each of those is a service provider acting on this business's behalf under their own standard terms. Your information is not sold, and it is not handed to other agents, lenders or vendors for their own marketing.
Text messages and calls
If you give a phone number and tick the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to be contacted at that number about your enquiry, which may include text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No consent box on this site is pre-ticked, and none ever will be.
How long it is kept, and how to have it removed
Enquiries are kept in the customer relationship system for as long as the business relationship or the prospect of one continues. Real estate is a slow business and somebody who enquires today may buy in three years, which is why records are not deleted on a short schedule.
You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time. Email david@davidsupinger.com or call 801-698-2526 and say so. There is no form to fill in and no reason required. Some records connected to a completed transaction have to be retained under Utah real estate licensing and other legal requirements, and if that applies I will tell you which ones and why.
You can also ask what is held about you, and have anything inaccurate corrected.
Children, changes and questions
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A material change will be reflected here before it takes effect.

How do I stop the text messages?

Can I have my information deleted?
Yes, at any time. Email david@davidsupinger.com or call 801-698-2526 and say so. No form and no reason required. Some records tied to a completed transaction must be kept under Utah licensing requirements, and I will tell you which if that applies.
Does this site track me with advertising pixels?

What happens to what I type into the chat?
It is processed by Anthropic in order to generate a reply. Treat it like an email: useful for questions, not the place for anything sensitive.
