What the information here is
Everything on this site is general information about this business and the towns it works in. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or lending advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
Decisions in a real estate transaction routinely have legal and tax consequences. Those belong with your own attorney and your own accountant, and I will say so rather than guess when a question crosses that line.
Market figures on this site come from the Wasatch Front Regional MLS and are labelled with the date they were pulled. Markets move. A figure that was accurate when it was published is not a promise about today, and it is certainly not a prediction about tomorrow.
What it is not
Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee about a specific property. Property details change, homes go under contract, and a page can be out of date between the moment it is written and the moment you read it. Confirm anything that matters to your decision directly.
The guarantees described on this site are real and they are contractual. The Guaranteed Sale Program, the Listing Cancellation Agreement and the Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee each have written terms and conditions that apply. The descriptions on this site are summaries, not the agreement. The agreement is the agreement, and I will walk you through it line by line before you sign anything.
Past results are past results. Sales figures, advertising reach and time-on-market numbers describe what happened. They are not a forecast for your home.
